How to configure testimonials and mentions

Navigate to features

Go to Merchbot™--> Social Pop™ --> Features

Enable features

Enable the features that you want under "Testimonials & mentions"

Navigate to Testimonials & mentions

Go to Merchbot™--> Social Pop™ --> Testimonials & mentions

Add a media mention

If your brand or product is featured in the media, you can create a media mention to showcase it on your storefront:


  1. Fill inn publication name

  2. Fill inn correct link URL to the article of the mention

  3. Select the product or brand

    1. Either Select the product that was mentioned.

    2. Or select "No product (brand spesific)".

  4. Click the add button

Add an expert's testimonial

If an expert has endorsed your product or brand, you can add an expert testimonial to showcase it on your storefront:


  1. Fill inn expert's name

  2. Fill inn correct link URL to the article of the testimony

  3. Select the product or brand

    1. Either Select the product that was mentioned.

    2. Or select "No product (brand spesific)".

  4. Click the add button

Delete testimonial/mention

When you no longer want to keep a mention or testimonial, you can delete it.


  1. Find the actual testimonial or mention you want to permanently remove

  2. Click the "Delete" button beside it

  3. Click "OK" in the confirmation box

Disable features

Under "Testimonials & mentions" you can disable the testimonial and mentions features that you don't want. The data you entered for them will remain if you ever wan't to enable them again in the future.
